Moroso Products For New Ford Coyote 5.0L V8 Engine!

New from Moroso, part # 22306 Chrome Spin-On Filter is made for Ford 22mm thread applications such as 4.6, 5.0 (Coyote) and 5.4 Mustangs. This filter is hand polished and rack nickled before chroming to insure the highest luster possible. Inside is a heat cured, resin impregnated, 20 micron rated filter element that has been engineered to exceed OEM specifications for filtration efficiency.

Also new for the Ford 5.0L Coyote V8 is our Racing Spin-On Oil Filter. Featuring increased burst strength for high performance racing or street use, this filter provides less pressure drop, more flow, less oil by-pass and maximum filtration performance rated at 20 Micron filtering.

Our newly redesigned Side Port & Front Port Remote Oil Filter Mounts now accept both Chevy style spin-on filters (13/16″ – 3-1/4″ o-ring) and others with 3/4″-16 thread and 2-5/8″ o-ring, such as early Ford and imports. K&N Increase Power On Your Non-Turbo 10-11 Ford Taurus!

The Ford Taurus is a full-size family sedan manufactured by the Ford Motor Company since 1986. For two decades, we have watched the Ford Taurus grow from a midsize car to a full-size sedan and adopt many features that accent its attractive design. The Taurus’ massive interior spaciously seats five passengers and allows for plenty of room in the back for full-size adults. The Ford Taurus offers a comfortable ride in a particularly quite cabin and massive cargo space from its 20.1 cubic foot trunk.

K&N set out to increase the amount of power produced by the 2010 and 2011 Ford Taurus’ standard 3.5L V6 engine with their 69-3528TS performance intake system. In order to achieve more horsepower, K&N removed the Ford Taurus’ restrictive factory airbox and replaced it with a custom silver powder coated aluminum intake tube and a high performance air filter (RF-1048). The RF-1048 is a washable, reusable air filter with low restriction that also provides excellent engine protection. This filter can be used for up to 50,000 miles of driving before servicing is needed, depending on your driving conditions, and it can be done with K&N’s recharging kit.

Once air passes the RF-1048 high-flow air filter, it travels through the custom shaped intake tube that smoothes and straightens airflow. This allows the air to enter your engine with very little restriction. When you combine this technology with its integrated heat shield, the 69-3528TS allows a high flow of cool, dense air into your engine that translates into more horsepower and acceleration for the road.

Installation of the 69-3528TS air intake is typically done in 90 minutes or less with common hand tools. K&N provides detailed instructions that illustrate the steps needed to install the intake into your 2010 or 2011 Ford Taurus with 3.5 liter engine. Moroso New Ford “Coyote” 5.0L V8 Oil Pan!

If you were serious about racing your brand new 2011 Ford Mustang GT with the 5.0L “Coyote” engine, then you better pay attention. Moroso has developed this new oil pan for the “Coyote” engine out of fabricated steel with a clear zinc finish. It has a thick steel rail with a 2-3/8″ deep front section and a 6-5/8″ deep by 9-1/8″ long rear sump, designed to be used with the 5.0 “Coyote” factory windage tray, oil pump pickup and dipstick.

This oil pan features a race-proven, trap door assembly and anti-slosh baffle that keeps oil contained in the oil pump pickup area during road racing and drag racing. It has extra capacity that holds 2 more quarts of oil than stock. It has a 1/2″ NPT fitting for supercharger drain back and a 1/2″ NPT fitting for oil temperature sender. It also has a 20mm fitting for the factory oil level sensor. If the factory low oil warning sensor is not going to be used, Moroso part # 22738, 20mm Plug with copper washer, is available.
