The e-Boost Street is an electronic boost controller aimed at the street performance market. It features the same boost control capabilities as the e-Boost2 range continuing the e-Boost tradition of providing class leading boost control, value for money and no nonsense features. For 2010 the e-Boost STREET has received a facelift and can now handle boost pressures up to 40psi and has the added feature of an auxiliary output that can be used to trigger intercooler sprays and methanol / nitrous injection systems etc.

• Auxilary Output triggers water spray, methanol or nitrous injection and shift lights etc and is fully programmable against boost, RPM or both.
• Maximum boost level: 40PSI / 2.72BAR.
• Boost Settings: There are two boost settings – easily selected via the “turn-and-push” button. An external switch can also be used to change between boost groups if required.
• Boost correction factor: Many street cars with standard turbo systems suffer from boost drop off at high RPM. The Boost Correction Factor eliminates this problem and is exclusive to the e-Boost family.
• Display: An easy-to-read 3-segment display with adjustable brightness can be configured for PSI, KPa, or BAR and will flash when warning of over boost shutdown or rev limit, allowing the unit to be used as a boost gauge, tachometer, or a shift light.
• Housing: The unit is housed in a black anodized aluminum case 80mm wide x 25mm high x 95mm deep allowing the unit to be mounted within a ¼ DIN size opening.

Part No. 207-5201 – includes a set of ten, M10 ARP2000 main bolts, a set of ten, M8 ARP2000 main bolts and a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.

All Pro Series ARP2000 bolts are cold forged to ensure molecular integrity, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 50% increase in tensile strength over the OEM main bolts.

Once again AEM is raising engineering standards with an all new series of innovative air intake systems.  With a revolutionary ETI module and fully integrated design, we have eliminated the need to detune or stage an intake tube diameter as it crosses the MAF sensor. The sensor is electronically adjusted to read proper air density instead of using physical tube designs intended to “trick” the MAF reading. The result is bigger horsepower and torque gains.

Most modern fuel injected cars use a Mass Air flow (MAF) sensor to determine the air flow rate into the engine and meter fuel according to input from the sensor. The relation between the voltage output of the sensor and mass air flow is adversely affected by a shift to a larger diameter intake tube because the airspeed is reduced. This causes the MAF sensor to “under report” air flow causing a lean condition at worst and a Check Engine Light at best. To accommodate MAF sensor reporting, many intake systems reduce the diameter of the intake tube near the MAF sensor to stock or near stock size because of the need to maintain the correct air speed for the sensor to report the correct flow rate to the ECU. AEM’s ETI Intake System is an alternative design approach that allows the intake tube to maintain its diameter resulting in more air flow into the throttle body.

The ETI Intake System allows AEM to tune an engine for even more power by avoiding any tube down-sizing that will reduce overall airflow and horsepower. Instead the ETI electronically communicates with the MAF sensor to ensure an accurate amount of fuel is being delivered even though the tube is larger in size than the stock system. This means the vehicle maintains the calibration as intended by the factory while enjoying the benefits of our custom designed aftermarket intake system.

The intake will fit on the standard 996TT and X50 rear deck lids. Others such as the GT2 deck lid may require modifications. This air intake uses the factory OEM back half of the intake box which includes the fault free OEM MAF tube. What we have done is beefed up the front cover with a full composite unit which is designed to intake more air volume which is then traversed over the flat panel air filter. The biggest improvement of this box is the dual snorkel. We have built a composite intake scoop which mounts on the bottom of the left side of the engine deck lid. This scoop takes the airflow from the vented deck lid and pushes it through the snorkel piece and down into the stock air box. The purpose of this design is to increase air flow to the factory filter.

In high speed or racing conditions, the intake needs to be able to get as much air as possible to keep these turbos working efficient. This dual snorkel unit combined with our updated OEM box cover and a K&N flat panel air filter does wonders for your overall vehicle performance. These made in the USA (Arizona) composite parts are a great add-on to your 996TT.  Included with the intake are the aluminum Agency Power badge and foam strips for a precise air tight seal from the snorkel to the box. The intake kit does not include the aftermarket drop in filter. Any of the OEM replacement filters will work with this box.
