K&N 2010 Kia Soul Gets New Breathing Aid!

K&N has released a high-flow intake system (part number 69-5306TS) to fit the 2010 Kia Soul with the 2.0L four cylinder engine. The K&N air intake replaces the Soul’s original air box, air filter, and air delivery tube with a free-flowing, low restriction system which includes an open-element washable K&N cotton air filter (part number RU-4990). By changing the restrictive original components to a high-flow, low restriction design, K&N engineers were able to unleash an additional 5.13 HP at 5300 RPM in the Kia Soul.

This added performance comes as a result of a mandrel-bent aluminum tube, which K&N engineers designed specifically for the Soul’s engine compartment. The K&N tube has a powdercoated silver finish for an attention-grabbing appearance under the hood, and attached to the tube is a washable, reusable K&N air filter, which can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is necessary. This combination provides the Soul’s engine with ample air flow and excellent dust and dirt protection. In fact, the 69-5306TS system is backed by K&N’s Million Mile Limited Warranty.

The result is true High Performance Stainless Steel 3 inch exhaust system that is polished to a show quality from the flange to our muffler which has been complimented with blue heat treated tips. Skunk2’s exclusive Black Series Intake Manifolds are here. Skunk2 took the most popular Honda intake manifold in the industry—its Pro Series Intake Manifold for Honda’s B-series engines—and coated it in its signature Black Series finish.

More than a decade ago, Skunk2 engineers looked to the popular Integra Type R intake manifold for inspiration and went back to the drawing board. Skunk2’s Pro Series Intake Manifold for Honda’s B-series features a larger plenum and oversized runners when compared to the ITR manifold for maximum horsepower and torque gains. Instead of producing a manifold with a significantly oversized plenum and excessively short runners that would sacrifice mid-range power, the Pro Series manifold was designed for the “street enthusiast” who wants more power but doesn’t want to sacrifice mid-range performance to get it. Universal Gauge Boot – 52mm

AEM’s Universal Gauge Boot acts like a wet suit or shower cap for any 52mm gauge. It is made of silicone and is designed to stretch onto the back virtually any 52mm gauge and keeps dust and water out of the back of the gauge… dust and weather proof when installed correctly – however, IT IS NOT WATER PROOF!

Why you want one
If you have a race car, off road truck, motorcycle, Ruckus, snowmobile, ATV or other vehicle that is in a muddy/dusty/snowy/weather exposed environment, you need to protect the back of your gauges. Even under the dash of a race car, the back of the gauge is exposed to dirt and dust, which can deteriorate the electronics in your gauge. High Volume Fuel Rail

AEM High Volume fuel rails feature a 1/2-inch fuel bore to support fuel flow for applications up to 1,000 horsepower. This large bore also dampens backpressure pulses created by larger injectors and works perfectly with stock injector sizes. An additional 1/8th NPT port is included to accommodate a nitrous set up or fuel pressure gauge. A custom fuel line fitting is included for the factory fuel line, and the ends of each rail are pre tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16”x18 fittings for users who want to use custom fuel lines.
