GTSPEC Fix The Roll Center/Bump Steer On Your 93-11 Subaru Impreza!

GTSPEC Roll Center/Bump Steer kit is a must on all lowered vehicles. Lowered vehicles that are not equipped with this kit are prone to poor alignment geometry. Currently, few kits on the market are marketed towards reduction in bump steer, re-alignment of camber/caster, increase of stability, reduction in under steer, improvement in steering feel and steering response. Lowering the center of gravity of a vehicle is the key to better handling. The greater angles that are increased by lowering the vehicle also puts stress on axles, knuckles, tie rods, ball joints, control arms, and bushing, to name a few. With the GTSPEC Roll Center/Bump Steer kit install, correct alignment geometry is regained and stress on the suspension components will be reduced. JE Asymmetrical Sport Compact Pistons

The JE sport compact line now includes Asymmetrical Piston Forgings. The Asymmetrical design reduces weight in areas not necessary and adds strength to areas needed. All JE asymmetrical parts will now feature a pin offset and narrow pin design for lighter weight. In most cases there is a 10% reduction in weight.

Asymmetrical parts which will replace all of our 81mm-84.5mm shelf parts. This will Include Audi/VW’s, Acura/Honda’s, Toyota, Mazda, and Nissan’s currently in the line up.

K-Tuned Blingin’ New Billet Shifter Box!

The K-Tuned Billet RSX Shifter Box is a direct replacement for the oem 2002-2006 RSX-S shifter box which can also be used in many K-swapped cars. The box has been designed to work with both factory and aftermarket shifter cables. If you are currently using an oem shifter box you are probably already familiar with the excessive “play” or “looseness” that is found in the factory plastic box setup. Our full billet design is extremely strong and designed to eliminate any flex or movement of the shifter unit.

Our Billet Shifter Arm is integrated and has been redesigned to make fine adjustments to the spread of the “H” shift pattern. Essentially this feature allows the user to widen the spacing between 1st, 3rd and 5th gear. Note that 2nd, 4th, 6th and reverse gears will also be spread apart when adjusted. We have also developed a proper short shifter option that won’t damage or break the cable guides. This is accomplished by making the shifter cable mounting point adjustable to correct the angle at the cable connection. The shift lever and shifter ball are made from solid stainless steel and seated in a spring loaded brass socket. This combination of stainless and brass allows the two materials to lap together while the springs push up and eliminate “play” at the ball. The lever is fully adjustable in height and offset rotation. Height can be adjusted up to 2” taller or shorter than stock and there is an amazing 90 different offset positions.

The Billet RSX Shifter has two different sets of mounting holes on the base so it can be easily bolted into several applications. Mounted into a 2002-2006 RSX (outer holes) and it will still fit perfectly below the RSX center console. It can also be used on most K-swapped cars that are using some type of shifter mounting kit (outer holes used again). However, it also has a set of inner holes that will allow it to be installed directly on top of the interior exhaust tunnel without the need for a mounting plate. In an EF/EG/DC2/EK the inner set of holes at the back of the shifter line up with the holes used for the factory D or B-series shift linkage. Shave down the lip for the shift boot and drill 2 more holes for the front and you’re done.

ACT New Heavy Duty Clutch Kits For 02-04 Porsche 911 Carrera/Carrera 4/Targa And 00-02 Boxster S!

Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) has released performance clutch kits for the 2002-2004 Porsche 911 Carrera and Carrera 4, 2002-2004 Porsche 911 Targa and the 2000-2002 Porsche Boxster S.

ACT’s new clutch kits for the Porsche applications listed above include a Heavy Duty pressure plate, a choice of disc, release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool. The Heavy Duty pressure plate features a precision stamped cover for maximum consistency and rigidity, and a thicker casting with a wider friction surface area that allows for higher heat capacity and longer clutch life. The pressure plate also incorporates hardened diaphragm fingers for decreased bearing surface wear and is designed within the optimum working range to maximize clutch life, clamp load and release travel.

The ACT Street clutch kits combine the Heavy Duty pressure plate with a rigid-hub street disc. The disc features special performance organic friction materials able to withstand increased heat and abuse, steel-backed linings for high-burst strength and modifications engineered for quicker shifting. The ACT Street clutch kits provide a moderate and consistent pedal feel, smooth engagement and significantly improved durability. These kits meet SFI Spec 1.1 and have increased torque capacity up to 560 lbs./ft.

The ACT Race clutch kits combine the Heavy Duty pressure plate with a cerametallic Xtreme Race disc, which is available in 6-pad and 4-pad rigid-hub designs. These discs are very durable while allowing for quick shifting. The Xtreme Race discs are for high-powered engines and recommended for track use only. The ACT Race clutch kits meet SFI Spec 1.1 and will hold 714 lbs./ft. of torque.

K-Tuned RSX Type-S Shifter Without Cutting!

This shifter base plateallows the install of your RSX Type-S or after market shifter box without cutting a hole in the shifter tunnel. This is also the preferred alternative for racers, since this method of install leaves plenty of room for big exhausts and it mounts the shifter higher in the vehicle, closer to the driver and the steering. The shifter base plate also allows you to run your shifter cables inside the car, and out through the heater hose hole in the firewall. This method, however does clear interior panels or center consoles.

As a long time supporter of R-Crew, the original designer of this item, we were very sad to learn they had to close the doors on their business. Without an alternative, customers turned to us with the request we make our own version.
