Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) has released new performance clutch kits and components for the 04-07 Cadillac CTS-V equipped with the LS2 and LS6 V8 engines.

ACT’s new clutch kit for the 04-07 Cadillac CTS-V features a HD Pressure Plate that incorporates hardened diaphragm fingers for decreased wear and provides a 52% increase in clamp force over the stock unit.

The ACT Street Clutch Kit combines the HD Pressure Plate and a Performance Organic Disc, a disc that features special performance organic friction materials to withstand increased heat and abuse, steel backed linings for high burst strength and modifications engineered for quicker shifting. The ACT Street Clutch Kit provides increased pedal feel, smooth engagement and significantly improved consistency, durability and increased torque capacity to 745 ft. lbs.

ACT Race Clutch Kits will hold 950 ft. lbs. of torque. Cerametallic Xtreme Discs are available in 6 pad spring centered and rigid hub designs and are very durable while allowing for quick shifting. The Xtreme Discs are design for high power engines and is recommended for track use only.

Centerforce Tame Your Wild 2011 Mustang GT With Our New Clutches!

Centerforce strives to provide top of the line products on today’s market for all performance levels. To do so, Centerforce uses patented processes and constantly tests different materials and designs to find the best combination.

The Dual Friction and DFX series clutches by Centerforce, the best in high-performance single disc clutches, are now available for 2011 Ford Mustangs with the 5.0L 32-Valve Engine and 6 Speed Trans. The Dual Friction part number: DF023500 (Pressure Plate & Disc) and DFX part number: 01023500 (Pressure Plate & Disc). Also available are DFX Series Part Numbers 11367500 (Pressure Plate Only), and 23280023 (Disc Only). Each of these two new clutch assemblies replaces the current assembly with a higher holding capacity pressure plate, designed for a direct bolt in replacement.

NOTE: THE DFX CLUTCH ASSEMBLY REQUIRES A CENTERFORCE FLYWHEEL.

The Centerforce Dual Friction pressure plates feature our patented processes to provide a performance clutch that offers exceptional street characteristics, while offering outstanding holding-capacity and durability. The Dual-Friction disc has a full facing on the pressure plate side for drivability and longevity, while a carbon composite puck style (segmented) facing is used on the flywheel side for a positive engagement and increased holding-capacity. Dual Friction is the ultimate in street/strip holding power and performance without sacrificing pedal effort and driver control.

The DFX series is the latest of single disc performance clutches from Centerforce. The series is designed as a direct bolt in for perfect fit and function. DFX scores big, not only with holding capacity and strength, but also provides some of the best drivability from a race inspired clutch. This DFX performance clutch system utilizes the patented Centerforce centrifugal weight system for maximum grip, a patented Ball Bearing design for a light pedal and quick release, Nodular Iron pressure plate rings and reinforcements designed to help prevent drive strap breakage and safety. The Paddle, or button style disc, has been through constant testing of different friction materials and hub designs to bring the optimal combination available to you. Dual Friction® assembly is also available upon request. Because of the aggressive nature of DFX discs, one may experience some chatter.

K-Tuned We Fix Your TPS Sensor Issues With Our New Billet TPS Sensor!

The K-Tuned Billet TPS sensor was designed solve all K-series TPS problems. We’ve seen and read about the cheap Asian-made replacement units causing countless drivability problems and failures. In some cases even the OEM sensors have failed prematurely. These problems are exactly what motivated us to design a reliable replacement TPS sensor that won’t fail like the others. Successful and thorough road testing was completed on several cars to ensure that our TPS unit could withstand the vibration associated with semi-solid K-series swap mounts.

Our unit is constructed with a quality, American made, Delphi sensor that is encapsulated in a 6061 billet aluminum housing. The housing was designed with a special silicone filled pocket that gives the sensor space to float inside. The cured silicone, allows the unit to absorb the engine vibrations that typically ruin other sensors. We are so confident in our sensor that we are even offering a warranty.

This TPS unit can be mounted on any K20A/A2 and Z1 throttlebody or the A3 throttlebody from the Honda EP3 hatchback. The engine must also use KPro or AEM engine management that allows recalibration of the TPS scale. The required recalibration is very minimal and easy to do. Our TPS sensor comes complete with a new gasket, all mounting hardware, plug and pigtail to wire it in and detailed installation and recalibration instructions. If you have TPS problems, this part is exactly what you need.
