Low Profile Valve Cover Hardware kits are a comprehensive design, featuring specially engineered “standoffs” that include provisions for Skunk2’s unique, low-profile washers and flush-mounted, stainless steel hardware. Whiteline Flatter Cornering for BMW 1/3 Series!

The BMW offering consists of an uprated front 27mm sway bar and a rear 20mm sway bar for improved grip, handling and performance. Cornering loads are spread more evenly across the tires delivering more grip and frankly, that’s what it’s all about. You also get improved tyre wear as your tyres stay flatter and more upright. Comfort improves because your car sits flatter through bends meaning less movement inside the vehicle.

Whiteline sway bars are part of the Whiteline handling system. Designed to match and integrate with Whiteline chassis bracing, key alignment products and chassis control bushings to deliver a fully balanced handling solution.

Synthetic Elastomer mounting bushings are also included with lateral locks finishing off the kit to prevent walking of the sway bar.

AEM Eliminates Known Factory Ignition System Issues On Honda B-Series Engines!

AEM‘s B-Series Coil-On-Plug (COP) Conversion Kit (Part Number 30-2860) eliminates both the known performance issues common to the B-series engine’s factory igniter and the need to replace your aging cap/rotor/wire assembly. It delivers outstanding coil-on-plug performance for stock to moderately modified engines at an affordable price because you do not need to add a capacitive discharge ignition module to make this conversion.

WHY YOU WANT ONE
AEM’s COP B-series Conversion Kit is the perfect ignition upgrade for naturally-aspirated or boosted B-Series engines that do not exceed 15 PSI of boost. It is highly affordable as it does not require the integration of a CDI module. For the weekend racer or performance enthusiast, it eliminates the dwell issues common to the factory distributor as RPM increases by providing an individual coil for each cylinder.

If your B-Series engine is stock or mildly modified, why replace factory components when you can upgrade to an affordable, premium NO MAINTENANCE coil-on-plug ignition system? It is commonly known that the factory igniter on the B-Series engine is prone to failure. Further, as distributors age timing signal quality can decrease and lead to poor engine performance.

AEM’s B-Series COP Conversion Kit eliminates energy losses associated with a deteriorated cap/rotor/wire assembly and includes an igniter that has been tested under the most rigorous conditions we could conceive. “I literally tried to explode this igniter in testing,” stated lead Project Engineer Jeremy Negen. “I ran it at over 10,000 RPM for over 24 hours with a dwell time that was advanced almost 50% of the way past current saturation-3.2mS versus 2.2mS-and it asked for more. It was a ridiculous condition that no igniter would ever see under even extreme operation, and it just kept going.”

In testing by Honda tuning and fabrication expert Bisi Ezerioha of Bisimoto Engineering, “over 530 wheel horsepower was achieved on a turbocharged B18C GS-R engine with the AEM B-Series COP Conversion Kit with NGK Iridium spark plugs (BKR8EIX) gapped to 0.023″ and no CDI module,” stated Bisi. “This is the perfect coil-on-plug ignition system for moderate naturally-aspirated B-Series/Honda set ups, or boosted B-Series engines running 15 PSI or less. The harness is very straightforward, and the performance increase we saw speaks for itself.”

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING OVER 15 PSI OF BOOST?
If your turbocharged B-Series race engine is running boost pressures higher than 15 PSI, adding AEM’s Twin-Fire Capacitive Discharge Ignition (AEM P/N 30-2821 4-Channel, sold separately) in place of the 4-Channel Coil Driver igniter will ensure adequate spark energy is delivered to the plugs regardless of boost pressure. By adding the Twin-Fire CDI, horsepower limitations become dependent on an engine’s mechanical and fueling system limitations and not spark energy delivered by the ignition system.
