Moroso Cleaner Intake Tract For WRX/STi Owners!

 

From the factory excess crankcase vapors, residual oil and moisture are vented back into the intake manifold and crankcase ventilation system. Capturing this oil mist before it reenters the engine reduces detonation and deposits on the intake track, including the valves themselves and from lowering the efficiency of the intercooler.

This is accomplished by having two tanks; the first tank collects the excess crankcase vapors, residual oil and moisture that are vented back into the intake manifold. The second tank collects the excess crankcase vapors, residual oil and moisture from each cylinder head. If both were plumbed into the same tank then the crankcase ventilation system could not operate the way it was designed to – the Moroso Kit is the only Subaru air separator that accomplishes this.

The Billet Aluminum bodies of this Air Oil Separator kit compliment any engine compartment and can be polished, chromed or powder coated for a custom look. Each Separator has a billet aluminum clamp, a bottom drain with an elbow that makes draining the collected oil a mess-free proposition. K&N 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor Gets Serious Power!

Out of all Ford F-150 models available, the SVT Raptor is by far, the most exciting truck to drive. The factory R35 fuel rail has a restrictive boss with in the tube which interrupts the fuel flow for high power application. GReddy Fuel Delivery Tube will improve the flow capacity by straightening the main tube with the injector center line as well as increasing the inner diameter of the main tube to 14mm. We were also able to increase the inner diameter of the connecting line to each bank to 10mm by using AN8 fitting and -8 Teflon lined fuel safe hose.
•With the included flanged fittings and -8 AN fittings you can mount the factory fuel pressure regulator and the dampener right on the rail or customize with upgraded fuel pressure regulators.
•By separating the mounting bracket from the main tube, the mounting height are adjustable, keeping the original injector mounting angle.

AEM More BRUTE FORCE For 09-11 Chevy And GMC Trucks And SUVs!

 

AEM Induction Systems has been working on several air intake systems for light duty trucks. Amongst the latest innovative products from AEM, sits a new air intake system that fits quite a few 2009, 2010 and 2011 Chevy and GMC pick-up and SUV models. See the list below for details. The engineers at AEM saw potential in the GM-900 line up of models with the 4.8L and 5.3L engine configurations, and set they out to design a cold air intake system to unleash the true power of the GM powerplant.

So, the Engineers at AEM set out to design a true cold air intake system that would flow more than the stock set-up, have lower inlet air temperatures (IAT’s), and most importantly create power while still retaining stock fuel trim characteristics.

To determine the area they had to work with AEM engineers removed the stock intake from a test vehicle then scanned the engine bay using a 3D scanning tool. Engineers were then able to model potential intake tube and air box designs. They determined that a roto-molded intake tube and roto-molded intake box with a sealed lid would perform well in achieving their goals. With the space available in their airbox design the engineers decided to use one of the larger air filters commonly used in diesel engine applications. The filter chosen for this project was the 21-2277DK Dryflow filter, a big 5 inch inlet oval filter which provides plenty of air flow and outstanding engine protection. This filter, like all AEM Dryflow air filters, is durable, easy to clean and requires no oil.

After the overall design was finished, real world performance testing began. Part number 21-8030DC was bolted to a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe with a 5.3 liter engine and tested on a Dynamometer. After the testing was completed on three vehicles, the intake was shown to provide an estimated increase of 10 horsepower and 10.2 ft-lbs of torque at 5100 RPM. AEM’s 21-8030DC is easy to install with basic tools. This cold air intake will provide excellent protection for your vehicle’s engine and it is backed by AEM’s lifetime limited warranty.
