The K-Tuned Ram Header at first glance looks like a pretty crazy design. Essentially it is a long tube header that has been pushed up into the engine bay to provide much better ground clearance. However, there is another purpose to all the turns that you are seeing. They keep the exhaust gases hot and when the exhaust is hot it moves out more quickly. So I bet your next question is, “Does it make power ?” The answer is yes. This header is definitely the top dog of K-Tuned swap headers. It beat both our K-Tuned 4-2-1 Swap header and even our 4-1Race header during dyno testing. Also when tested side by side against a header with a comparable tube length we came out ahead again.

The K-Tuned Ram Header features full 304 stainless steel construction with equal length tubing and a proven stepped design. It starts with 44mm primaries to 47mm to 50mm and finishes with a 65mm or 2.5” exit. It also uses three true merge collectors at all transitions to maximize the exhaust flow. This header has been specifically designed for both high end and midrange horsepower gains. Now for the best part, not only does this header offer excellent ground clearance and shifter box clearance it also fits both K20 and K24 engines in the DA, EG, EK and DC2 chassis. Sorry guys it does not fit the EF chassis.

The full size pickup market is a never ending battle when it comes to styling, powerful engines, and fuel economy. These characteristics determine which manufacture has the toughest, user friendly pickup. 2010 and 2011 Toyota Tundra models offer an ample amount of room concealed inside an aggressively styled exterior. Four engine options are available based on the designated packages offered. The latest engine to join the lineup is the 4.6 liter i-Force V8. It packs a punch with an estimated 310 horsepower; not to mention, it offers a not-too-shabby 15/20 estimated miles per gallon city/highway. Any truck lover can appreciate what Toyota has done here.

For those that want the most out of their 2010 or 2011 Tundra with a 4.6 liter engine, K&N offers an air intake system that will allow for increased horsepower and acceleration. The system is an AirCharger air intake system with part number 63-9035. The intake reduces restriction in the intake path by removing the restrictive factory air box, air filter and intake tubing and replaces them with K&N’s smooth bore intake tube and a legendary K&N high flow air filter.

K&N dyno tests each and every intake system. The 63-9035 provided an estimated horsepower increase of 13 horsepower at 5517RPM, and an additional estimated 10.61 pound feet of torque to the wheels.

The K&N air filter provided in the kit is washable and reusable, and oversized for high flow rates and less restriction. It is made of a specially woven cotton media surrounded by a rigid wire mesh for structural integrity and durability. All of the components included in 63-9035 are so tough that K&N deems this intake worthy of their industry-leading Million Mile Limited Warranty. It will provide 2010 and 2011 Toyota Tundra 4.6L owners power and performance for a lifetime.

Unique to any Whiteline Anti Geometry kit before it, KCA425M allows STI you to tune geometry from Anti Lift to Anti Dive via a combination of recommended spacers delivering a window of handling behaviour to suit varying track, vehicle set up and driver needs. Use KCA334M for 2011 WRX and non turbo models.

With a Whiteline Anti Geometry kit fitted to your 2011 STI, more compliant suspension will be induced during braking and accelerating. This will benefit traction, as the wheel will be able to track the tarmac more precisely. In terms of balance, the front end will have a proportionally lower roll resistence during traction or braking. Aids in reducing the power understeer effect that is present in these vehicles and resulting in a better handling vehicle. Anti dive helps manage weight transfer under braking, resulting in a more balanced chassis at high speed/ lateral loads. With added caster gains resulting in a sharper, more precise steering feel.

“Anti” features in suspension systems are a characteristic that can be used to influence the stiffness of the front or rear suspension under traction forces(under braking or accelerating). The individual terms are relatively straightforward and self-explanatory with the “anti” reducing or totally restricting the characteristic (lifting or diving). In the front suspension there may be levels of anti-dive during braking and anti-lift during accelerating (assuming traction to the front wheels is present).
