And why not? With one of the most potent vehicles at their disposal, it’s a great time to display exactly what they’re capable of. The guys at GTR Center are reporting this new Nissan Race Car was spotted at Fuji Raceway and is based of the current R35 GT-R. Sure this model sports wider fenders, bigger wing, larger wheels, plexiglas windows and additional ducting; however what’s under the hood is all speculation.

Lexus LF-A Supercar Off the Chopping Block?

Lexus LFA

Jalopnik is reporting that back on December 1st, Toyota registered the term ‘LFA’ with the US Patent and Trademark Office (Trademark # 77623634). This tid-bit of information, may be a bit of a silver lining on the cloud of doubt surrounding the recent rumors that Toyota/Lexus was pulling the plug on the LF-A supercar project.

Taking all that into account, it still doesn’t mean the LFA is a ‘go’, but at least not all hope is lost.
